These are the terms between you and Easier Marketing Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, for using Easier Sales. By setting up a workspace you agree to them. Easier Sales is for businesses, not for consumers.

What you get

Easier Sales finds people who fit the clients you describe, researches them, drafts messages in your voice and sends the ones you approve through the LinkedIn and email accounts you connect. Each plan sets how many LinkedIn accounts can send and how many drafts are included each month. The plans and prices are on the pricing section of the home page.

Paying

• Plans are paid monthly in advance, in pounds, and prices exclude VAT.
• Each LinkedIn account on your plan comes with 1,000 credits a month. 1 credit is 1 draft shown to you for approval. A draft our checks turn down, and a rewrite you ask for, use no credit. Credits are for the month and do not carry over.
• We tell you when you have used 80% of a month's credits. When they are used, the app stops starting new conversations until the month turns, or until you add more. Replies to a conversation that is already under way are always drafted, whatever the count.
• We may change prices with 30 days' notice by email. A change never applies to a month you have already paid for.
• You can cancel at any time. Your plan runs to the end of the month you have paid for.

The 60 day guarantee

There is no free trial. If you ask within 60 days of your first payment, we refund everything you have paid, whatever the reason. After 60 days, payments are not refunded.

Your LinkedIn account

Please read this section before you connect an account.

• LinkedIn does not endorse Easier Sales or any other outreach tool, and using one may be against LinkedIn's own terms. You choose to connect your account knowing that.
• We keep the risk low: you approve every message, a new account builds up over 5 weeks, the daily limits cannot be raised, and sending pauses itself when LinkedIn shows signs of objecting.
• Even so, LinkedIn may restrict or close an account at its own discretion. We are not responsible for that and do not pay compensation for it. The 60 day guarantee above is the only refund we offer.

What you agree to do

• Approve only messages that are true and that you are happy to have sent in your name. You are responsible for what you approve.
• Contact people only where you are allowed to. In the UK that means following UK GDPR and the rules on electronic marketing (PECR), including stopping when somebody asks you to.
• Connect only LinkedIn and email accounts that are yours, or that the owner has agreed in writing you may use.
• Not use Easier Sales to harass anybody, to mislead anybody or to send anything unlawful.
• Keep your password to yourself and tell us at once if you think somebody else has it.

Your data

What you put into Easier Sales is yours. We use it only to provide the service to you, as set out on the privacy page. For the people you contact, you are the controller and we are your processor, and we will sign a data processing agreement if you ask for one. When you delete a workspace it is switched off at once and removed after 30 days.

What we promise, and what we do not

We will provide Easier Sales with reasonable skill and care, and fix faults as quickly as we reasonably can. We do not promise a number of replies, sales calls or clients: those depend on your market, your offer and how you follow up. Easier Sales depends on LinkedIn and on other companies' services, and may be unavailable when they are.

Limits on our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow to be limited. Otherwise, our total liability to you in any 12 months is limited to what you paid us in those 12 months, and we are not liable for lost profit, lost business or lost reputation, including from a restricted LinkedIn account.

Ending these terms

You can stop at any time by cancelling your plan. We may suspend or close a workspace that breaks these terms, and will tell you why. If we close a workspace for any other reason, we refund the unused part of what you have paid.

Changes

We may change these terms. We will email every account owner at least 30 days before a change that matters takes effect. If you do not agree, you can cancel before it does.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales decide any dispute about them.
